POSSIBLE CAUSES
•
The bowl (1) is not cold enough (cool the bowl down for
at least 24 hours).
•
The temperature of the freezer is not low enough.
The freezer temperature should be -18°С or below.
•
Excessive quantity of ingredients Volume of the ingredi-
ents should not exceed 50% of the bowl capacity.
•
The ingredients had not been cooled well enough
before making ice cream.
•
You started making ice cream more than 20 minutes
after removing the bowl from the freezer.
•
The freezer door was opened too often during the ice
cream cooling.
•
Hoarfrost layer on the bowl surface. Wash the bowl (1)
at room temperature of its surfaces and wipe it thor-
oughly before putting it to the freezer.
•
The fillings (chocolate crumbs, nuts) were added too
early. Add the fillings 5-10 minutes (depending on the
ingredients) after starting the operation or directly
before freezing.
•
The fillings are too big. Grind the fillings thoroughly.
•
Excessive quantity of fillings.
