Store the ice cream maker bowl (1)
in the freezer so you can make ice
cream any time. The freezer tempera-
ture should be -18°С or below, it is nec-
essary for cooling down the bowl (1).
Some recipes require that the mixture
for ice cream is prepared in advance.
Make the ice cream mixture beforehand
and put it in the refrigerator for several
hours; poorly chilled mixture may not
thicken during the ice cream making.
Start making ice cream right after
removing the bowl (1) from the freezer.
Make sure that the bowl is intact and
do not heat it.

Before cleaning the ice cream maker
make sure that it is switched off and
that the power plug (6) is disconnected
from the mains.
Remove the spatula (2) from the motor
unit (5) pulling it upwards (pic. 1).
Press simultaneously on the lid (3)
clamps and remove the lid (3) (pic. 2, 3).
Clean the motor unit (5) with a slightly
damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
To avoid electric shock do not immerse
the motor unit (5), the power cord or
the plug (6) into water or other liquids,
do not wash them under a water jet or
in the dishwashing machine.
Wash the bowl (1), the spatula (2) and
the lid (3) with warm water and neutral
detergent and then dry them.
Note: wash the bowl (1) only when it
reaches room temperature, otherwise a
hoarfrost layer may accumulate on the
bowl (1) surface during freezing.
