Do not allow children to use the ice
cream maker as a toy.
This unit is not intended for usage
by children, place the unit away from
children.
The unit is not intended for usage by
physically or mentally disabled per-
sons (including children) or by per-
sons lacking experience or knowledge
if they are not under supervision of
a person who is responsible for their
safety or if they are not instructed by
this person on the usage of the unit.
Use the unit for its intended purpose
only and in strict accordance with the
instruction manual.
Do not attempt to repair the unit.
Do not disassemble the unit by your-
self, if any malfunction is detected or
after it was dropped, unplug the unit
and apply to any authorized service
center at the contact addresses given
in the warranty certificate and on the
website www.vitek.ru.
Transport the unit in the original pack-
age only.
For environment protection do not dis-
card the unit with usual household
waste after its service life expiration;
apply to a specialized center for fur-
ther recycling.
Keep the unit out of reach of children
and disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage
at low temperature keep it for at least

3 hours at room temperature before
switching on.
Unpack the unit and remove any stick-
ers that can prevent unit operation.
Check the unit for damages; do not
use it in case of damages.
Before switching the unit on, make
sure that your home mains voltage
corresponds to the unit operating volt-
age.
Disassemble the ice cream maker:
remove the spatula (2) from the
motor unit (5) pulling it upwards
(pic. 1).
press simultaneously on the lid (3)
clamps and remove the lid (3)
(pic. 2, 3).
wash the bowl (1), the spatula (2)
and the lid (3) with warm water and
neutral detergent and then dry them.
Assemble the ice cream maker:
match the openings in the lid (3) with
the clamps on the motor unit (5) and
install the lid (3) back to its place
until the clamps' clicking.
insert the spatula (2) in the motor
unit (5).
match the marks on the lid (3) with
the marks (8) on the bowl (1) and
turn the motor unit (5) clockwise as
far as it will go (pic. 5).
The unit is ready for operation.
Note: before switching the ice cream
maker on make sure that there are ingre-
dients in the bowl (1).

MAKING ICE CREAM

Before making ice cream place the
bowl (1) into the freezer and leave it for
approximately 24 hours.
