PERATION
The buffet heat lamp has one switch and the buffet heat lamp BiTherm has two switches placed in the
stand.
The buffet heat lamp must be switched on/off by the switch.

Practice:
 Switch on the buffet heat lamp with the switch.
 The buffet heat lamp is ready for operation and the foods to be kept warm can be placed under the
buffet heat lamp.
