Fitting the accessories
Connect the hose (B3) to the intake (A2) or the blower outlet (A3)
depending on the type of operation required.
See fig. 3
Then complete the sequence by connecting the hose (B3) to the
tube (B5).

7.1
Controls
- Starter device (A1). See fig. 6.
Set the starter device switch on (ON/I).
If there is a pilot light on the starter device, it should light up.
Set the starter device switch on (OFF/0) to stop the appliance.
If there is a pilot light on the starter device, it should go out.
Warning - danger!
During operation the appliance must be positioned as shown on a
firm, stable surface. See fig. 6.

Start-up
7.2.1 Suction. See fig. 7.
Only work with filter (B1) and filter (B2) dry!
Before use, check the filter (B1) and filter (B2) for damage
and replace them if necessary. Connect the relevant
accessory before sucking in cold ash. See fig. 7.
When sucking in ash, hold the nozzle (B5) at least 1 cm
above the surface of the material. See fig. 8.
Warning - danger!
Only suck in cold ash. See fig. 8.
Warning - danger!
Never suck in ash by inserting the tube into it. Never suck
in hot or red hot ash. Never suck in damp or wet ash.

Stopping operation (Pauses)
Switch off the appliance. See fig. 6.

Finishing work
Switch off the appliance. See fig. 6.
Recharge the battery. See fig. 5.

Empty the tank
For dry dirt and dust: remove the nozzle from the appliance and empty
the tank. See fig 10.
Clean filter (B1) and filter (B2) as shown. See fig.11.

All installation and assembly operations must be performed with the appliance
disconnected from the battery.

Always switch the appliance off and disconnect the battery before any
servicing or maintenance work. Repairs and work on electrical systems may
only be carried out by the Service Centre.

Never use abrasive detergents, glass detergents or universal detergents!

Never immerse the cover with motor (A1) in water. Clean the appliance and
plastic accessories with a standard synthetic material detergent. Rinse the
tank and accessories with water if necessary and dry them before reuse.
8.1.
Cleaning the fire retardant filter. See fig.11.
Open the ash cleaner by releasing the catches (A6). Shake the cover
(A1) up and down so that the excess ash on the filter cover falls into
the tank, turn the cleaner's cover (A1) upside down and remove the
filter (B2).
Shake carefully and reassemble as shown.
Warning: the fire retardant filter must not be washed.
8.1.1 Cleaning the cartridge filter. See fig 11.
Open the ash vacuum cleaner by releasing the catches
(A6). Turn the cover of the appliance (A1) upside down and
remove the filter (B1).
Shake carefully and reassemble as shown. Periodically
rinse carefully under running water and leave to dry. Do not
reassemble until dry.

All installation and assembly operations must be performed with the appliance
disconnected from the battery.
After finishing work, clean the appliance and then put it and the accessories
away as shown. See fig 12.
Store the appliance in a dry place.
