On the 900HS, when using the pelvic drop, the left side doesn't go all the way back down (level with the other cushions/sections), causing the pelvic cushion to be crooked; and I have to use the adjustment handle to take it the rest of the way down. The right side does just fine. Also, if I use the adjustment handle on the left to release the pelvic drop, it releases both the left and right sides; but if I use the adjustment handle on the right, it only releases the right side, but not the left side. What might be going wrong and what do I need to look at to remedy this?

The left pelvic drop on the Lloyd GALAXY 900HS may not lower completely due to incorrect tension adjustment. The Tension Control Knob on the left side increases tension when turned clockwise and decreases it when turned counterclockwise. If the tension is set too high, the drop may not release properly.
To resolve this issue:
1. Locate the left Tension Control Knob. 2. Turn the knob counterclockwise to decrease the tension. 3. Test the drop function to ensure it lowers completely. 4. Repeat adjustment if necessary. 5. Always check and test the drop tension before adjusting the patient.
Keep fingers away from the bottom of the cushion to avoid pinching.

Do you have a question about the GALAXY 900HS and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
