Aluminium quad cane with long/short legs

1. Characteristics

The quad cane consists of aluminium-steel frame, height adjustable
ergonomic and chromed handle with powder coated base with four
legs. The quad cane is available either with high base and foamed
handgrip (JMC-C 2670SL) or with low base and plastic handgrip
(JMC-C 2660SL).

2. Application

The quad cane is ancillary equipment which is designed for patients
with reduced mobility who need stable support and help while walking.
It is also recommended to the elderly as an aid in keeping balance. The
design with four legs provides better stability than regular canes.
Contraindications: coordination and balance disorders, advanced
rheumatic changes, injuries and dysfunctions of upper limbs which may
hinder the support on the quad cane.

3. Adjustment

To adjust the quad cane, press the metal pin and select appropriate
position of the inner tube. Lock the position of the tubes relative to
each other with the use of metal pin. The quad cane is adjustable in 2.5
cm increments.
