B Troubleshooting
Symptom
The product does not work. The
LED does not light up.
The product cannot be started
up. The LED flashes red for up
to ten minutes after water is
drawn.
The product switches off during
operation. The LED flashes red.

Comment
Check for availability.
The water flow rate must not exceed
the maximum value.
Use leak detection spray or a leak
detector.
Carry out a visual check.
See section "Checking that the flue gas
sensor works correctly".
The maximum draught must not ex-
ceed 15 Pa. If the draught is too great,
the chimney draught must be restricted
using suitable measures.
Check for flue gas exit.
Target value for nominal heat input:
Only carry out the measurement after
ten minutes of normal operation.

Natural gas: CO 200 ppm
Liquefied petroleum gas: CO
300 ppm

Possible cause
The water pressure is too low.
The gas supply is interrupted.
There is air in the gas supply
line.
Fault in the ignition device
The servomotor is defective.
The gas supply is interrupted.
There is air in the gas supply
line.
Ionisation flow too low.
The flame detector is defective.

Measure
1. Ensure that the cold-water isolation valve is open.
2. Check the water valve. (→ Page 18)
1. Secure the gas supply.
2. For liquefied petroleum gas: Replace an empty gas cylinder
with a full one.
3. Ensure that the isolation valve on the gas connection is
open.

Open and close the water tap several times in order to remove
air from the gas supply.
1. Check the cable connection for the plug contact.
2. Replace the electrodes.

Replace the servo valve.
1. Secure the gas supply.
2. For liquefied petroleum gas: Replace an empty gas cylinder
with a full one.
3. Ensure that the isolation valve on the gas connection is
open.

Open and close the water tap several times in order to remove
air from the gas supply.

Check the ionisation flow.
1. Check the cable connection for the plug contact.
2. If required, replace the monitoring electrode.
