Hello, I have a (less than 2-year old) sectional that is powered by two iTable Mini 1 control panels. Both control panels stopped working. I **** not longer able to turn on the power button to control the power recliners. I have unplugged them for a few hours and plugged them back in in an attempt to reset them. However, they still do not work. When plugged back in, a blue light flashes in a circle, but I **** unable to turn on the panel (using the power button). On one of the panels, I **** still able to use the USB charger; however, it does not work on the other one. Can you help me troubleshoot the issue? Thank you.

If your Abbyson iTable Mini control panel is not powering on, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the Power Source – Ensure you are using the original power supply provided.
2. Inspect the Power Cord – Make sure the power cord is not damaged. If it is, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
3. Verify the Power Connection – Ensure the unit is properly plugged in and the outlet is functional.
4. Restart the Unit – Unplug the device, wait a few moments, and plug it back in.
5. Check for Damage – If the unit has been dropped, exposed to water, or damaged, stop using it and contact the store or manufacturer for support.

If the issue persists, professional servicing may be required.

The Abbyson iTable mini may not power on despite charging your phone due to the following reasons:
1. The unit is not powered on. Touch and hold the power button to turn it on.
2. The power cord is not plugged in properly. Re-plug it to ensure a secure connection.

I can’t get the mini to stay on once I push a different mode, it shuts off and I have to pull the plug to try it again. It’s still the same????
