To configure the PNI JL269:

1. Turn on the device. It will display a warm-up screen for 3 minutes.
2. After warm-up, the interface shows: GAS: CH4 RANGE: 30000 SAVE.
3. Select the gas type by pressing the corresponding button.
4. Select the desired detection range by pressing the "Zero" button.
5. Press the calibration button to enter calibration mode.
6. In the calibration interface, select calibration points using the "Zero" button.
7. Place the sensor in standard calibration gas.
8. Wait for the A/D value to stabilize.
9. Press the save button to store the temporary calibration point. A "*" appears next to the value.
10. If the A/D value changes, press the button again to update it.
11. If the A/D value differs too much from the expected value, an "ERROR" message appears.
12. After calibrating all required points (marked with “√”), press "Zero" to complete.

Calibrate the device every 6 months for accuracy.

    4. Operation 4.1 Power on Press and hold “ ” for more than 2 seconds, the detector will power on and enters into self-testing status. All LED lights will be lighted on and then off alternately. At the same time, the buzzer and sensor start self-test. After self-test, the sensor will proceed zero translation within 5 seconds, and then the detector enters into detecting status.
