Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Shutting down the system
Measure
Check the system pressure.
Clean the hopper.
Clean the secondary heating surfaces and flue gas collec-
tor chamber.
Clean the ash chamber and combustion chamber.
Clean flue gas fan.
Clean the flue pipe.
Check the flue pipe for flue gas tightness and reseal if re-
quired.
Check the draught limiter function, oil and adjust.
Clean the Lambda probe.
Clean the air dampers.
Clean the air box and secondary air supply.
Clean the sensor well for flue gas temperature sensor.
Remove the flue ash from the chimney.
Check the cover and door packing cords and replace if re-
quired.
Check all installed position switches.
Maintenance of moving parts (shafts and bearings)
Replace the battery inside the control unit.
For periodic testing, please note:

Clean the flue gas routes and chimney 3 to 5 days
before testing. Run the boiler for at least 24 h
between cleaning and testing.
Heat up the boiler for approx. 1 hour before the test.

Ideally, the heating water buffer cylinder temperature
should be below 40 °C. Only half fill the combustion
chamber.

If the Lambda probe shows less than 20 % O
cold, clean the probe and calibrate it.
■
Observe test points:
Inlet path 2 D (2 times chimney diameter), outlet path
1- 2 D (1 to 2 times chimney diameter), extract gas
from the core flow. Test points must not be located
directly at the flue gas fan or upstream of flue bends.
