Incorrect operation (oil pressure too low, operating temperature too high, excessive switching frequency etc.) can however still result in wearing of the plates. Plate wear shows itself in changed operating behaviour of the brake : The braking angle increases, i.e.
➜ Make sure therefore that operation is correct to prevent further wear. • In the case of functional faults, the product is to be sent back to the Ortlinghaus-Werke for inspection or alternatively arrange for our trained fi tters to perform an inspection on site.
