Assembly

Unpacking the Product
• Remove everything from the box – Frame, Handlebar, Front Wheel, Basket, Seat with Restraint
System, Push Handle (2 parts), Rear Wheels (2), 6mm Allen wrench and 8mm/10mm open end
wrench.
• Discard all packaging materials properly including plastic coverings.
• DO NOT allow children to play with any packaging materials.
Adult assembly required. Choking Hazard to children under the
age of 3 years – contains small parts prior to assembly. Keep all
small parts out of reach of children at all times.
Unfolding the Product
• Locate the push button on the right side of the frame. (1)
• Press the push button and pull the basket and rear wheels outward to unfold the product. (2)
• Ensure the unfolded product locks into place securely.
Front Wheel Assembly
• Keep children away from product while assembling.
• Insert the front wheel tube into the front of the tricycle frame until it clicks into place. (3)
Handlebar Assembly
• Unfasten and remove the nut and bolt on the handlebar. (4)
• Orient the handlebar as shown and slide it down onto the top of the front wheel tube, lining up the
holes in the handlebar with the holes in the tube. (5)
• From the front of the product, hold the cap up out of the way and push the bolt through the
handlebar and tube holes. (6)
• While still holding the cap out of the way, attach the nut to the bolt. (7)
• While holding the bolt, use the larger end of the open end wrench to tighten the nut securely. (8)
• Ensure the handlebar is secure by slightly wiggling it.
• Push the cap down into place. (9)
Rear Wheel Assembly/Disassembly
• Insert one rear wheel into one end of the rear axle tube of the frame until it clicks into place. (10)
• Repeat on the other side.
• Pull on each wheel to ensure it is securely attached.
• To remove each rear wheel, push the release tab on the rear axle and pull the wheel away from the
tricycle. (11)
Seat Assembly
• Remove the seat screw from the frame. (12)
• Insert the seat screw through the hole in the seat. (13)
• Pull the restraint system crotch strap toward and around the front of the seat and then underneath
the seat. Then push the seat screw through the hole in this strap. (14)
Note: Be sure the crotch strap is not twisted.
The seat can be installed in two different positions.
• Place the seat at the desired position on the frame to accommodate the size of your child and
align the seat screw with the appropriate hole in the frame. (15)
• Use the Allen wrench to tighten the screw securely. (16)
