This option is for choosing the setting in which the monitor will
turn off.

This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.

This determines the IRQ in which the MODEM can use.
The settings are: 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, NA.
Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN
Pressing the power button for more than 4 seconds forces the system
to enter the Soft-Off state. The settings are: Delay 4 Sec, Instant-Off.
System BIOS will ignore APM when
power managing the system.
System BIOS will wait for APM's
prompt before it enter any PM mode
Off Monitor will be blanked when the system enters
