E3000X start up
1. Charge main battery until charging light on plug turns green for 4 Hours.
2. Insert spark protector into filter bracket.
3. Insert pre filter on top of spark protector.
4. Insert Main filter on top of pre filter and connect the cover plate.
5. Connect hose to E3000X and Clearmaxx.
6. Connect battery into E3000X.
7. Turn on E3000X.
8. Press Power Button & Select flow rate Required.
Clearmaxx start up
1. Adjust head band to suit (including the tilt button)
2. Adjust internal top vent to customise air flow for operator.
3. Place helmet on Head & pull face seal over chin.
4. Run finger between face seal & face to create the air seal.
5. Switch on E3000X Unit by Holding the power button for 2 seconds.
6. Select Air Flow for Operator.
1. Check the Spark Protection Screen. A-Blow out if Required. B-Replace if damaged.
2. Check TH3 Filter. If Flow rate is reduced or Alarm on E3000X sounds, Replace Immediately.
