STEP 2: • Use a 3/16” drill bit to drill 3/16” (5mm) deep into the marked locations of the box. Use tape to mark 3/16” (5mm) deep on the drill bit to prevent drilling all the way through the box. •...

STEP 4: • On the back side of the drawer front, on the top corners, align the template on the left end as shown and mark each drilling hole. • Flip the template as shown and repeat above step on the right end of the drawer front interior. Note: For lift-up hinge cabinets, drawer fronts are used in place of doors.

STEP 6: • For the left-side lift-up hinge, raise the hinge arm cautiously into the position shown. Remove the retainer clip by pressing on either side of the clip and lifting as shown. Once removed, dispose the retainer clip. • Repeat same step for the right-side lift-up hinge. Note: Take extra precaution when lifting the hinge arm as its mechanism is extremely fast and forceful.

STEP 8: • Attach each lift-up hinge cover by pressing it in place over the hinge as shown. Pressing into place will secure each cover plate.

ADJUSTMENTS • To adjust the lift strength of the hinge, use a Philips screwdriver on the screw beneath the hinge arm. • Adjusting the screw clockwise will increase the strength causing the door to stay open on its own. • Adjusting the screw counterclockwise will decrease the strength causing the door close without support. DOOR ADJUSTMENT AND REMOVAL You may find that adjustment is needed with the hinges to line up the door properly.
