■ The device must be switched off when the charging adapter is inserted into or re-
moved from the socket. When unplugging the charging adapter, always do so from
the head. Never pull on the cable.
■ Ensure that the cord is not crushed, kinked or laid over sharp edges, and that it does
not come into contact with hot surfaces. Never wrap the cord tightly around the de-
vice or charging adapter (danger of cord breakage).
■ The attachments must be completely dry before they are reattached to the device
after they have been cleaned.
■ Protect the device and all of its accessories from sources of heat, open fl ames,
shock, strong temperature fl uctuations and persistent humidity (with the exception of
the washable cloths).
■ The battery may not be disassembled, thrown into fi re, submerged in liquids or shorted.
■ Only use original accessories from the manufacturer so as not to impair the function-
ing of the device and to prevent possible damage.
