A two-pin connector is used for
connection to 13 . 8 Volts DC
(negative ground) power source,
vehicle battery, or AC power
supply.
Audio output is provided at this
receptacle for an external speaker.
(Output impedance is 8 ohms and
the internal speaker will be dis -
abled when a plug is inserted) .
The ACCESSORY socket is used
for external control of the trans -
ceiver.
