Montaggio dei profili
intermedi
I profili intermedi devono essere
collegati tra loro utilizzando un'anima di
giunzione (provvista di rivetto di fermo).
Per montare il giunto tra due profili
intermedi:
• Inserire nel giunto in alluminio una
boccola di scorrimento.
• Applicare il giunto con il semiguscio
sullo strallo quindi applicare anche
l'altro semiguscio ruotandolo di 90°.
• Inserire ora il giunto completo nel
profilo intermedio fino a mettere
in battuta il fermo del giunto e far
coincidere i fori di fissaggio con le
tacche previste sull'anima.
• Mettere una goccia di liquido
frenafiletti quindi fissare l'anima con
le viti e la chiave esagonale fornita.
• Montare tutti i profili necessari
avendo cura di montare come
penultimo il profilo precedentemente
tagliato a misura quindi, per ultimo,
il profilo inferitore.

C-7.3 Fitting the middle foils
The middle foils have to be connected
by means of the splice pieces (supplied
with clutch).
In order to fit the splice pieces between
two middle foils you have to:
• Insert one half bearing in the
aluminium element.
• Adapt the splice piece with one half
bearing to the stay, then add the
other half bearing. Rotate the two
half bearings by 90°.
• Now insert the complete splice
piece in the middle foil until the
holes on the foil and the marks on
the splice piece coincide.
• Put a drop of sealing liquid,then
block the splice piece with the Allen
screws.
• Fit all required foils taking care to
leave as second-last the foil that
has previously been cut to measure.
The hoisting foil will be fitted as last.
