Calibration and quantity setting
L20, L15 & CALIBRATOR ZURF/ ICON setting according to flow-outlet position
Equipped with CALIBRATOR ICON the spreader is operated according to the instruction book of the
CALIBRATOR ICON.
To make use of the optional equipment for achieving MIN flow rates, the STD calibration value must manually be
compensated and recalculated as the Flow-outlet affects the Calibration value, defined by the following factors:

Please see page 21 defining setting according to the spread chart. The STD Calibration value is defined as "K".
Example:
by use of reduction insert MIN the STD calibration value must be multiplied with a factor of 0,35.
(STD value 22,50 Kg (22,5 x 0,35) = 7,90 Kg = Calibration value
The compensated calibration value must be entered directly in CALIBRATOR ICON..
NOTE: The calibration value must always correspond to the Flow-outlet of the hopper bottom.
*Using MIC outlet and FIX-scale with CALIBRATOR ZURF, please see page 30. On spreaders with with CALIBRA-
TOR ICON tighten scale stop according to spread charts and start/stop spreading as usual. Confirm error code 10
by pressing Enter.
