    Section 1: Getting Started Understanding this User Manual The chapters of this manual generally follow the same order as the menus and sub-menus in your phone. A robust index for quick reference to most features begins on page 176. Also included is important safety information that you should know before using your phone.

    If you continue to operate the phone without charging, it shuts down. Samsung handsets do not support the use of a non-supported battery. When using a non-supported battery you will hear a series of beeps and you will see a warning message that indicates “NON...
  • Page 11 Use a coin or the Battery Cover Removal Tool included with you phone to remove the back cover. Insert into the slot on the back cover and turn it counter-clockwise to open the battery cover (as shown). *Included Use the grooves at the top of the cover to lift the cover up and away from the back of the phone.

Remove the adapter end from the charging port cover and replace the charging port cover.
