7 position switch
Your appliance has a switch with 7 positions : an on/off position and 6 speed settings
(=1,2,3,4,5 and turbo). Select the speed according to the food you want to prepare.
Start at the lowest speed en increase the speed gradualy until the required speed is
reached. When using the mixing leg, you need to press the turbo button to make the
mixer work.

By pressing this button you can remove the accessories from the unit.

Press this button for extra speed.
assembly en use of beaters and dough hooks
The dough hooks are the spiral shaped accessories.
Place the beaters or the dough hooks in the provided holes on the unit. Press slightly
on the accessories until you hear a click.
The beaters can be used for liquids, mayonaise, sauces, etc.
The dough hooks can be used for heavier and consistant preparations.
The mixing leg is used for the mixing of soups or other liquids.
CLEANING
Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the mixer. Also make sure to remove
the plug before attaching or removing accessories.
Use a soft damp cloth to clean the outside of the unit. Don't immerse the unit into
water or any other liquid and don't use any abrasive or scouring cleaners.
The accessories, mixing leg, beaters and dough hooks can be cleaned in water with
detergent after they have been removed from the unit.
