3. Desmonte el cartucho del filtro de aire contenido en

To examine and replace a spark plug
1. Open the engine cover.
2. Remove the spark plug cap and clean around the
spark plug.
3. Remove the spark plug with a spark plug wrench.
4. Examine the spark plug. Replace it if the electrodes
are burned or if the insulation has cracks or
damages. If the spark plug is not damaged, clean it
with a steel brush.
5. Measure the electrode gap and make sure that it is

6. Bend the side electrode to adjust the electrode gap.
7. Put the spark plug back in and turn it by hand until it
touches the spark plug seat.

8. Tighten the spark plug with the spark plug wrench
until the washer is compressed.
9. Tighten a used spark plug ⅛ of a turn more, and a
new spark plug ¼ turn more.
PRECAUCIÓN:

10. Replace the ignition cable shoe.

Sustitución del fusible principal
Un fusible fundido se identifica por un conector
quemado.
1. Abra la cubierta del motor. El fusible principal está
en un soporte situado frente a la batería.
2. Extraiga el fusible del soporte.
3. Cambie el fusible fundido por uno nuevo del mismo
tipo, de patillas planas y 15 A.
4. Vuelva a colocar las cubiertas.
Si el fusible principal se funde de nuevo en un breve
período después de sustituirlo, hay un cortocircuito.
Repare el cortocircuito antes de utilizar el producto de
nuevo. Deje que un taller de servicio homologado le
ayude.
Carga de la batería
• Cargue la batería si está demasiado baja como para
arrancar el motor.
• Utilice un cargador de baterías estándar.
PRECAUCIÓN:
cargador de refuerzo o un amplificador
de arranque. Causará daños en el
sistema eléctrico del producto.
• Antes de poner en marcha el motor, desconecte
siempre el cargador.
