Checking the wireless connection status
To check the status of your network connection, proceed as follows:

Turn on the Wireless LAN switch on the front side of the computer.

Click the Network icon
The Wireless LAN Card Utility dialog box appears.

Select the Card Status tab.
in the taskbar displaying Wireless LAN Card Utility.
