Selecting the Display Mode

When you connect an external display, you can switch the display mode
between the LCD on your computer and external displays:

Click the Start button to open the Start menu.

Point to Settings and click Control Panel.

Double-click Display.

In Settings, click Advanced button.

Click the NeoMagic tab.

Click Display Options.

Select one of the options under Display Mode.

Functions
Displays only an external display connected to
the Monitor connector on your computer.
Displays only the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
on your computer.
Simultaneously displays both an external display
connected to the Monitor connector on your
computer and the LCD.
Displays only a TV or projector connected to the
Video Out connector on your computer.
