BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Before assembling the feed bunk, layout and measure the 1.5" x1.5" square tube lengths to verify that you have all the correct tubes. Gather two (2) 96" tubes and two (2) 24" tubes. Assemble as shown below using corner brackets and Tek screws.

BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather four (4) 15" tubes. Attach to the corner brackets as shown below. ATTENTION: Install Tek screws in these locations. One on each side of corner Gather two (2) 96" tubes and two (2) 24" tubes. Assemble as shown below using corner brackets and Tek screws.

BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather the two (2) PolyMax® end panels and place one at each end on the inside of the frame. Align a 23" length of aluminum strap across the top of the end segment. Using Tek screws, secure the aluminum strap and end panel to the top tube as shown below.

BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Gather two (2) one-way plates (#104624) and one (1) 92" length of square tube. Slide a plate onto each end of the tube. Do not attach yet. Slide the assembled piece into the center of the frame as shown below. Verify that the plates are over the end panels and secure to the bottom tube with Tek screws.

BRUTE FEED BUNKS ™ Place the 48" x 93" length of PolyMax® lining inside the bunk frame. Using a 92 1/2" length of aluminum strap, secure one side edge of the PolyMax® along the top tube on the inside using Tek screws spaced at 12".
