CARTS AND WAGONS CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Periodically check all fasteners to assure they are tight. • Clean the wagon using water and mild soap. Rinse with water sprayed from a garden hose. • Check the tire pressure and adjust to recommended pressure if needed. -

CARTS AND WAGONS REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY To better align the wagon, do not fully tighten the nuts and bolts until the entire wagon is assembled. NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts. Photos used in these instructions are not to scale. -

CARTS AND WAGONS FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY Yoke NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts. 1. Attach steering link to the front axle support using two (2) M8x18 hex bolts, M8 flat washers, and M8 locknuts to secure the support as shown in diagram A. - Page 5 CARTS AND WAGONS FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY (continued) Do not over-tighten the lock nut and bolt. 4. Attach one end of the front axle brace to the yoke and axle support using one (1) M8x25 bolt, M8 flat washer, and M8 locknut. Secure in place as shown in diagram C.

CARTS AND WAGONS BED ASSEMBLY Rear Wheel Assembly 1. Place the wagon bed on a flat surface with the angled frame supports facing up. Protect the finished surface of the bed and other parts by covering the work surface with cardboard or similar material. 2. - Page 7 CARTS AND WAGONS Front Wheel Assembly BED ASSEMBLY (continued) 6. Align the holes of the front axle assembly with the four holes remaining on the wagon bed frame. 7. Secure in place using four (4) M8x18 hex bolts, M8 flat washers, and M8 locknuts as shown diagram B. 8.
- Page 8 CARTS AND WAGONS ATTACH METAL SIDE PANELS NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts. 1. Remove all eight (8) cotter keys from wagon bed. 2. Align the front, back and the two side panels slots one at a time with the cotter pin slots and insert cotter keys to secure panels in place.
