• The battery pack is too hot. Replace the
battery pack, or remove it and put it in a
cool place.

in a warm place.
Q (Warning indicators pertaining to
the tape)
Slow flashing:
• There is less than 5 minutes remaining
on the tape.
• No cassette is inserted.
• The write-protect tab on the cassette is
set to lock (p. 89).
Fast flashing:
• The tape has run out.
Z (Eject cassette warning)
Slow flashing:
• The write-protect tab on the cassette is
set to lock (p. 89).
Fast flashing:
• Moisture condensation has occurred
(p. 94).
• The self-diagnosis display code is
displayed (p. 85).

Reinsert the Memory Stick.

• Reinsert the "Memory Stick Duo"
media a few times. If even then the
indicator flashes, the "Memory Stick
Duo" media might be damaged. Try
with another "Memory Stick Duo"
media.

formatted correctly.
