    3M Model D-2475 System Description System Description The D-2475 Intercom System provides two-way audio Introduction communications between a central station (called a Selector) and several remote Call Stations. It is intended for use in service stations, convenience stores, and other applications.

    System Description 3M Model D-2475 Operating Controls Operating controls are described below. TALK Controls talk/listen communications. User presses TALK button to cancel the alert tone and to transmit outbound audio. STD BY Controls station connection. User presses STD BY (Standby) button to cancel a Call Station or Selector connection.

    3M Model D-2475 Using the D-2475 Using the D-2475 Pressing the Up/Down arrows adjusts the Selector volume through Setting Volume 15 levels. The new level is momentarily displayed each time an Up/Down arrow key is pressed. On line default level is 8.
  • Page 8: More Than One Call Station Calling Selector

    Using the D-2475 3M Model D-2475 Up to 16 Call Stations can call the Selector. The system stores the More Than One Call Station calls in a queue (list) in the order received. Q in the display shows Calling Selector the number of calls in the queue.

    3M Model D-2475 Using the D-2475 Press the HOLD key again. The display shows HOLD = 01 and LIS. The second call is : HOLD=01 :LIS S=12: PUMP # 12 still on hold and the Selector is connected to the first caller.

    Using the D-2475 3M Model D-2475 Use Directory Assistance Directory assistance allows searching for a Call Station by name. The system must be in the Standby mode. To use directory assistance: From the Standby mode, press the MENU/0 key. The display shows S = 01 and the station 1 name.

    Audio level is set to the mid level of 8. The system displays one error message: NO COMMUNICATION. Error Messages If this message occurs, call your 3M authorized dealer or call 3M ! E R R O R ! Technical Support at 800-328-0033.
