A phase sequence relay (4A1) is installed for this purpose. The monitoring relay has ist own power supply, measured voltage = supply voltage. The outflow port of IFP to the MR electronic cabinet and the inflow port from the MR electronic cabinet can be closed by handling the ball valves. The valves allows filling the chiller and the IFP with water/ethylene glycol mixture without MR electronic cabinets connected to IFP.
