Rotating an image

Note
When you rotate an
image, only the image
displayed on the monitor
is rotated but the original
image does not change.
To save the original image
rotated, select [Save] in
the File menu.
You can rotate an image, which is useful to view an
image recorded with the camera oriented side ways.
Display the image of a camera or hard disk which you
want to change the angle. See "Opening the camera
images" (page 31) or "Opening an album of the hard
disk" (page 47) for details.
Rotating an image in
clockwise direction
Select [Rotate Right] in the
Image menu or click
the tool bar. Each time you
select the menu or tool, the
image is rotated 90 degrees in
the clockwise direction.
Rotating an image in
counterclockwise direction
Select [Rotate Left] in the
Image menu or click
the tool bar. Each time you
select the menu or tool, the
image is rotated 90 degrees in
the counterclockwise
direction.
Rotating an image 180
degrees
Select [Flip] in the Image
menu or click
in the tool
bar. Each time you select the
menu or tool, the image is
rotated 180 degrees.
