Operation Note ® Your WINCO Commercial Induction Cooker defaults to the power setting, shown in wattage. To view the temperature setting in Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C), press the "TEMP" button. Each time the unit is plugged in, it will default to the power setting for that unit: EIC-400, -400C/1300W and EIC-400B/1600W.
