How to join a basler blaze camera and a basler ace/ace 2 camera

3 Assembly Instructions

1. Attach the lens to the ace/ace 2 camera.
2. Set the aperture ring to the desired aperture.
3. Adjust the focus.
4. Lock the focus ring and the aperture ring in place using grub screws.
Alternatively, you can also use adhesive.
5. Remove the thumbscrews from the focus and aperture rings and leave only the grub screws
mounted.
6. Attach the ace/ace 2 camera to the mounting bracket using the M3 screws.
7. Attach the mounting bracket to the blaze camera using the M4 screws.
The mounting bracket has been designed for minimum distance between the
optical axes of both cameras. Therefore, the thumbscrews of the Basler C125 lens
have to be removed as they would interfere with the body of the blaze camera or
the mounting bracket. Instead, use the grub screws provided with the C125 lens to
fix the focus and aperture rings.
