If the display shows other error codes, deactivate and activate the appliance. If the problem
continues, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
In case of different problem with the tumble dryer check the table below for possible solutions.

11.2 Troubleshooting

Problem
The tumble dry‐
er does not op‐
erate.
Possible cause
Appliance motor overloaded.
Too much laundry or entrap in the
drum.
Internal fail. No communication be‐
tween electronic elements of the ap‐
pliance.
The mains supply is unstable.
Possible cause
The tumble dryer is not connected to
the mains supply.
The door is open.
The On/Off button was not pushed.
The Start/Pause button was not
touched.
The appliance is in standby mode.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
The programme was not completed.
Remove the laundry from the drum,
set the programme and restart the
cycle.
The programme was not finished
properly or the appliance stoped too
early. Switch the appliance off and
on again.
If the error code appears again, con‐
tact the Authorised Service Centre.
When the appliance is showing EH0,
please wait until main supply is sta‐
ble than press start. If the appliance
pause the cycle without any indica‐
tion then press the cycle start. If the
warning will occur check the power
cord / socket integrity or main supply.
Remedy
Connect it to the mains socket.
Check the fuse in the fuse box (do‐
mestic installation).
Close the door.
Push the On/Off button.
Touch the Start/Pause button.
Push the On/Off button.
