The ESSE 100SE Series has been recommended as suitable for use in smoke control areas when burning dry wood logs in accordance with these instructions. Peat and other unauthorised fuels must not be burnt in this appliance in smoke control areas. -

With these undone, the stove top can be removed allowing access to the cast flue collar. A rear flue box attachment is also available from ESSE that allows the stove to be installed further out of any building recess. Fig.1 shows suitable flue connections. -
