3.3 Residual risks
Risk
Risk of electrocution - Risk of electrical
shock if you power the machine from a
socket not equipped with ground connection.
Risk of electrocution - Risk of electrical
shock if you access machine parts protected
by panels without first cutting off electrical
power.
Dorsal/lumbar injuries - Handling heavy
loads when moving the machine and loading
cans on the shelf may cause injuries.
Risk of crushing / entanglement /
dragging - During machine operation,
the rotation of the turntable takes place
automatically.
Risk of falling objects / crushing - When
positioning a can on the shelf, there is a risk
it may fall onto the operator.
Risk of crushing / impact - Placing an
excessive load on the shelf or on the monitor
support arm (optional) may cause the
machine to loose stability.
Risk of crushing / entanglement - During
colorant refilling operations, the stirrer inside
the canister may automatically start rotating.
Risk of slipping / falling - Misuse of the
shelf may cause injuries.
Risk of burning - Setting too high time and
frequency stirring values causes the canister
stirring motors to get overheated.
Risk of explosion - Fumes generated by the
colorants used may cause an explosion.
Risk of poisoning and sensitization -
Fumes generated by the colorants used may
cause poisoning and/or sensitization during
canister refilling operations, machine cleaning
and disposal.
