Malfunction disposals
Please check each item first before applying for maintenance:
Malfunctions
No working
Small dehumidifying
capacity.
Big noises
Stop during the
dehumidifying
process.
The clothing can't be
dry fast.
Make sure the phenomena below happen while the malfunctions above are not included:
Phenomenon
Intermittent stop during the operation
Small dehumidifying capacity
The humidity of the room can't reduce
Unpleasant smell
The machine unit makes a sound during
operation.
Water is in the tank
The FULL indicator light is on.
Possible causes
Check whether the power plug is
connected.
Whether the water tank is full.
Whether the water tank is in
position.
Whether the filter is too dirty.
Whether the air inlet and outlet are
blocked.
Check to see if the dehumidifier is in
air mode.
Check whether the machine unit is
placed well.
Whether the room temperature is
too high or too low and out of the
working scope of the dehumidifier.
Whether the room temperature is
very low.
Check to see if washed clothes are
not exposed to the air from the unit.
Plug in.
Empty out the water in it.
Place it well.
Clean the filter.
Remove the object blocked or move the
dehumidifier to ensure certain inlet and
outlet air.
Change
dehumidifying mode.
Place the machine unit on the smooth and
stable floor.
The dehumidifier may start automatically
when the room temperature returns to the
working scope.
Whether the room temperature is very low.
Try to expose the washed clothes to the air
flow.
The defrosting
Dehumidfier volume less when the room temperature
is low
The unit stops operating when the room
.
temperature is below approx.
The unit stops dehumidifying because the humidity in a
room drops to 60% or less in "Automatic" mode.
The room area is too big,which is over it's application
scope.The door and windows of the room aren't closed.The
machine unit is operated with a kerosene heater(which
releases steam)together.
The smell may come from the wall,furniture and other
things.
Circulation of the refrigerant may cause sound until it is
stable.
The water is left because the unit is subjected to
dehumidifying test in the factory.
When the water tank is full, the FULL indicator light is on
for reminding.
