C760/860/960/1060 Windscreens
Clogged microphones are the number one reason that C960 headsets are returned for repair. It is
important to replace missing or worn windscreens immediately. New and repaired C960 headsets are now
being shipped with a "Scotchmate" pad attached to the underside of the boom, near the microphone. This
provides additional security to keep the windscreen in place. The gray windscreens are longer and fit
tighter than the original ones. Part numbers are listed below:
