Your GRAND VIDEOKE Harmony may not be fully booting up and restarting at half of the loading bar due to issues with the SD Card. If the SD Card is inserted while the device is operating, or if incompatible or incorrectly placed files are on the card, it can cause malfunction. Ensure the SD Card was inserted only when the power was off and that files are located in the correct directories (MUSIC, PHOTO, RECORD, VIDEO) using proper formats converted by the “TJ media Encoder.” Remove the SD Card and try booting again to check if the issue is related to the card.
