  • Page 3 ■ In the event that the multi-function head tilts out during operation, the appliance will automatically stop running. When the multi-function head is tilted to the horizontal working position, the appliance will not automatically resume operation. To resume operation, it is necessary to set the speed control knob to the OFF position and then re-select the desired speed.
  • Page 4 ■ Hot liquids up to a  temperature of 55 °C may be processed in the blending jar. Be especially careful when handling hot liquids. Hot steam or splashing hot foods and liquids may cause scalding. Never start the blender without the lid properly seated in position. When processing hot liquids, do not remove the inner cap during operation.
