BSN95MC0 N95 Reusable Particulate Respirator
Before use, the user must read, understand and follow all User's Instructions, warnings and use limitations of this respirator.
Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local
government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation,
training, and fit testing. The respirator's face seal must be checked each time before entering a contaminated area and the respirator
must be worn during all times of exposure to contaminants.
Failure to follow all of these instructions, warnings and limitations, contained on this package may reduce the effectiveness of
this respirator and result in serous sickness or DEATH!!
S - This respirator offers nuisance level relief from organic vapors that are below the permissible exposure limit (PEL).
Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding the OSHA PEL or other government occupational exposure limits,
whichever is lower.
The BSN95MC0 N95 is a NIOSH approved N95 respirator with a filtration efficiency of at least 95% against a solid or
liquid particles that do not contain oil.
DO NOT USE FOR:
The BSN95MC0 N95 respirator should not be used for gases, vapors, oil aerosols or where concentrations of
contaminants exceed OSHA or applicable safety and health standard's maximum use concentrations, are unknown or
immediately dangerous to life and health.
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Before using this respirator, a written respiratory protection program meeting all of the requirements of OSHA
29 CFR 1910.134 including medical evaluation, training and fit testing must be implemented.
2.
Prior to each use, carefully inspect the entire respirator for correct assembly, parts and for tears or damage
including the straps, filter frame and exhalation valve. Discard the entire respirator if any part does not
function properly and get a new respirator.
3.
If the respirator becomes damaged, distorted, soiled, if breathing becomes difficult or a proper respirator to
face seal cannot be maintained, leave the contaminated area immediately and get a new respirator or filter.
4.
If dizziness, irritation, nausea or other distress occurs, leave the contaminated area immediately and
contact your supervisor or medical professional.
5.
Do not alter abuse or misuse this respirator.
6.
Properly dispose of used respirators in accordance with applicable regulations.

NEVER enter a contaminated area without a proper seal. FILTER REMOVAL AND REPLACMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Hold respirator by outside exhalation valve with straps hanging down.
