    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert the left leg - front (G) and the right leg front (I) into the top leg assembly (F). Note: The position of the holes on the top of the leg assembly (F) should be facing away from you. Insert the left leg - rear (H) and the right leg - rear (J) into the top leg assembly (F).
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert the posts on the bottom shelf (K) into the holes located on all four legs. Note: The position of the holes on the top of each leg assembly (F) should be facing each other. Attach the leg connecting plate (N) onto each side of the leg assembly using four M6x45 bolts (AA) and four M6 nuts (EE) per side.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert the wheel axle (L) through the holes in the right leg - front (I) and right leg - rear (J) as shown. Attach the wheels (M) using one M8 nut (DD) for each side. Hardware Used M8 Nut Attach the damper plate (P) to the firebox assembly (A) using one M6 x 12 bolt (BB) and one M6 nut (EE).
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Attach the firebox assembly (A) to the top leg assembly (front/rear) (F) using two M6x45 bolts (AA) and two M6 nuts (EE) per side. Hardware Used M6 x 45mm Bolt M6 Nut Attach the lid handle (C) to the lid using two M6x12 bolts (BB).
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Attach the side table (O) to the firebox assembly (A) using two M6x12 bolts (BB) per side. Hardware Used M6 x 12mm Bolt Attach the damper plate (P) to the access tray assembly (D) using one M6 x 12 bolt (BB) and one M6 nut (EE).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Attach the access tray handle (E) to the access tray assembly (D) using two M5x12 bolts (CC). Hardware Used M5 x 12mm Bolt Slide the access tray assembly (D) into the firebox assembly (A) as shown.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE Remove all hangings or plastic straps, if present. It is important to "season" your grill, prior to cooking food. Seasoning seals the paint and interior of your grill to enhance flavoring, durability and overall performance. To season your grill, simply use it as you normally would without adding food.
