How to Spray

Review How to Spray in your sprayer
manual. Read all warnings and instructions in
your sprayer manual and on the sprayer.
NOTE: If using a SaniSpray HP 20
Electrostatic sprayer, turn Electrostatic
Charge Power Switch to ON position before
starting to spray. When the trigger is pulled,
the electrostatic light will illuminate. Review
Grounding instructions in your sprayer
manual.
If sprayer does not spray, try the steps
below:
Repeat Starting a New Job, page 4, to
prime ProPack and sprayer.
Disinfectant in ProPack may be low.
Remaining fluid can be transferred to a
42 ounce cup assembly, or ProPack can
be refilled. To refill the ProPack Tank,
follow Refilling ProPack, page 7.
Make certain the Spray Tip is not
clogged. See Clear Tip Clogs in your
sprayer manual.
If sprayer still does not spray, see
Troubleshooting, page 10.

Refilling ProPack

CHEMICAL REACTION HAZARD
Mixing disinfectants can result in a violent
chemical reaction, potentially causing
serious chemical burns. Always completely
clean ProPack and Hose before changing to
a different disinfectant.

If using a SaniSpray HP 20 Electrostatic
sprayer, turn the Electrostatic Charge
Power Switch to the OFF position.

Turn Valve Handle clockwise to closed
position.
4.
Remove Sprayer Adapter from sprayer.
Set sprayer on a rag to capture any
disinfectant that may drip.
5.
Separate Lid from ProPack Tank.
6.
Follow steps 2 – 7 in Starting a New
Job, page 4.
