TurningSling

TurningSling is made of a durable disposable
fabric and has two slingbar loops and two
straps with Velcro strips on each end.
Note! Straps with Velcro strips must not be fastened to the slingbar!
Note! The product may only be used for turning patients.
Note! The bed side rail must be raised on the side towards which the patient is to be turned.

Fold in one end of the TurningSling and place your hands in the pocket that is formed.
Place the TurningSling under the patient's lower spine.
Press the fabric down towards the mattress and push it in under the patient as far
as possible.
Go to the opposite side, place your hands under the patient, and then grasp the
TurningSling and pull it out.
Pull until there is an equal amount of fabric on both sides of the patient.
