S30 Mechanical quick coupler
Warning!
From a safety point of view, the quick
coupler with its locking function is a
particularly important part of Rototilt®. A
fault in the system's function can cause
costly periods of downtime, and in the
worst case scenario, serious personal
injury. Follow the instructions carefully and
note the warnings given in this document.
If there is a problem or you discover a fault
with the quick coupler's locking function,
contact your dealership.
Important! Check that the quick coupler
attachment mount works before use, by
activating the lock function.

Important. Do not couple to a base machine
larger than specified.
•
When working at or around the quick coupler,
make sure that the machine is switched off and
that no unauthorized person is in the machine
or at the quick coupler (e.g. during service/
maintenance)
•
During service/maintenance work on the quick
coupler with mechanical locking, the locking
mechanism must ALWAYS be in the locked
position, otherwise there will be a high risk of
crush injury.
The quick coupler has an indicator rod which shows
whether the quick coupler locking function is open
(fig 2) or closed (fig 3).
