  • Page 8 Start with the steering decals! Before installing steering wheel, apply decals 11 & 12 to dashboard. Let’s get the horn working WARNING: Remove battery cover before pulling tab. Remove battery cover on horn (part U) Pull clear tab from horn unit to Snap horn (part U) into center of activate.
  • Page 9 Steering in a CLICK! Squeeze steering clip (part T) Steering clip should snap into MIDDLE into steering wheel (part S). hole on each side of the steering column. Insert steering wheel through hole in dashboard AND through the steering O-ring (part P). Make sure the steering clip snaps past the O-ring.
  • Page 10 Cap it! Insert gas cap (part Q). Floorboard needs buttons! Insert (2) floorboard buttons (part V).
  • Page 11 Ready...let’s get started! First, install door latch (part C) into door (part B) Attach using (1) " (1.27 cm) screw. " (1.27 cm) TO PERMANENTLY LOCK THE DOOR DOOR LOCKS AND Add (1) additional 1/2” (1.27 cm) screw UNLOCKS Next, insert door (part B) into body (part A).

  • Page 13 FRONT pillars...insert, pull back, turn! PUSH DOWN Line up the “R” on the front roof pillar (part E1) to the “R” on the roof (part D). Hook the rounded end in and push down. Slide (1) washer (BB) then (1) rear axle bushing (DD) Slide wheel (K), then hubcap (M) onto axle.
