  • Page 16 REAR wheels - give it a good hit! Do not hammer on surfaces or items you don’t want to top hat break, mar or dent. Top hat tool Place top hat (part AA) into top hat tool. Really give it a good hit! Insert the rear axle (part H) into the top hat.

  • Page 23 Let’s get the horn working WARNING: Remove battery cover before pulling tab. Remove battery cover on horn (part T) Pull clear tab from horn unit to activate. Re-attach batter cover. Snap horn (part T) into center of steering wheel (part R1) Remove battery cover from horn.
  • Page 24 Before installing steering wheel, apply decals 11 & 12 to dashboard. Steering in a CLICK! Squeeze steering clip (part S) Steering clip should snap into MIDDLE into steering wheel (part R1) hole on each side of the steering column. Insert steering wheel through Make sure the steering clip hole in dashboard AND through snaps past the O ring.
  • Page 25 Cap it! Insert gas cap (part Q). Floorboard needs buttons! Insert (2) floorboard buttons (part U). For parent controlled push STOP rides, install the floorboard. Line up openings in floorboard (part V) to floorboard buttons. Once buttons are inserted into floorboard, push downto secure in place.
  • Page 26 LAST STEP...let’s finish with the decals! Decals must be applied to a clean, dry surface. Wipe clean with a dry rag before application. Remove air from under decals by applying pressure to the decals starting from the center, and work towards edges. NOTE: If decals bubble, prick with a pin to remove the air. Decals are located in the bottom of the cardboard box.
