Problem
- The dust bin is full
- The dust bin filter is blocked
- The air way is blocked
- The battery is not placed in the vacuum while
charging
- Insufficient charging time
- Normal discharge reduction in battery
- The vacuum is connected to a wrong charger
- Suction air way is blocked
- Battery power is low
Solution
- Empty the dust bin
- Clean or replace the dust bin filter
- Check and clear the air way for any blockages
- Insert battery into vacuum and charge. If issue
persists, please contact Customer Care
- Fully charge the battery according to the instruction
described in the owner's guide
- Purchase new battery
- Only use the charger originally provided
with your handheld vacuum (charger model
YLS0241A-T260060)
- Check and clear all debris in the suction air way of
the vacuum. If the upholstery tool is attached, check
and clear the roller. If issue persists, please contact
Customer Care.
- Fully charge the battery before operation
