ROADRUNNER 380 2 Operating instructions device Before you use the device, read the information in the "How to use it safely" section. 2.1 Charging the battery Before using the DVR for the first time, fully charge the battery. It takes at least 1.5 hours to fully charge the battery from a car power source or at least 3 hours from a USB port on your personal computer (laptop). -
