3 Open the cover of the recorder. There are two hard drive positions in one hard drive tray.
Position 1 is at the top of the tray, position 2 is at the bottom (underneath the top hard drive).
The following illustration shows the hard drive positions in the unit with two hard drives installed.
4 Loosen the four screws at the bottom of the hard drive bracket (two each side) and remove it
from the recorder.
Note: Set the screws aside - you will use them to re-attach the bracket.
